We have two guarantees, depending on what you buy. Our one-to-one mentoring program carries the Grade Guarantee. The 7-Week Smart Student Accelerator carries the Grade Guarantee and a 30-day money-back guarantee. The Masterclass and its add-ons carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The Grade Guarantee (mentoring program and Accelerator)

We'll get your child up a full grade by their next report card, or we work free.

What it covers. Our one-to-one mentoring program, the one families apply for at smartryou.com/apply and join after a call with our team, when you join on or after 26 September 2026. And the 7-Week Smart Student Accelerator, when you buy it on or after 26 September 2026. It doesn't cover the Masterclass, the Academy or any other product. Those carry the guarantee shown when you buy them. If you joined the mentoring program before 26 September 2026, or bought the Accelerator before 26 September 2026, you keep the guarantee you were given at the time.

What we need from you. Two things, and only two.

• Within 14 days of starting, send us your child's most recent school report from before they started. That's the baseline.
• Your child does the program. On the mentoring program, that means the 7-week intensive, then staying in mentoring through to the report card we measure. It also means turning up to at least 80% of their scheduled mentor sessions and handing in the weekly work we set. On the Accelerator, it means finishing all seven weeks, including each week's challenge. We track all of it, and we'll tell you straight away if your child starts slipping, so it's never a surprise at the end.

Which subjects. We work with your child across all of their subjects. For the guarantee, you pick up to three priority subjects when you start, from the baseline report, that aren't already at the top grade.

What “up a full grade” means. We measure it on your child's own school report, never on our tests. The guarantee is met when any one of your priority subjects goes up at least one full grade compared with the baseline.

• Letter grades: one full letter, like C to B or B- to A-. A plus or minus step counts as a third of a grade.
• Percentage marks only: 10 percentage points.
• Any other scale (bands, levels, NCEA and so on): one full step on that scale.

When we measure it. On the first school report issued at least one full school term after your child starts (on the Accelerator, the Monday their cohort begins). If a report lands sooner, the next one counts. Send us a copy within 30 days of getting it.

If the grade isn't up. We keep working with your child free until their next school report.

• Mentoring program: their mentor sessions carry on as normal, and your mentoring fee pauses from the day you send us the report until that next report comes out. Nothing is charged for that stretch, and nothing is added on later. Once a report shows the full grade up, billing starts again. You can stop any time instead.
• Accelerator: your child gets a fresh 100-Point Deep Diagnostic to find exactly what's in the way, and a free place in the next Accelerator cohort to run the seven weeks again with it. There is nothing to pay for either. If you're on a payment plan, the instalments you agreed carry on as normal, because they're the price of the seven weeks your child has already done.

If the next report still isn't up. The free period ends there. On the mentoring program, you choose whether to carry on at the normal fee or stop, and there's no fee to leave. On the Accelerator, your child keeps the Academy and SMARTR AI for the rest of the 12 months included with it.

What it is, and what it isn't. The remedy is free mentoring, not a refund. It sits alongside any money-back promise in your offer, not in place of it, and it never limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a refund

Email reiley@deltayou.com.au from the address you purchased with, and let us know you'd like a refund. We'll process it back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Digital products & add-ons

Order bumps and one-time upgrades (such as the VIP Workbook or VIP Experience) are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. Recurring subscriptions (for example the Academy) can be cancelled any time from your account or by emailing us; cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Results

Results vary, and they depend on each student's effort and circumstances. Apart from the Grade Guarantee above, we can't and don't guarantee specific grades or outcomes. The Masterclass money-back guarantee is our promise that the training is worth it, not a guarantee of academic results. The students and parents quoted on our pages are real, and their results are their own, not a promise of yours.
